Event Sales – Account Manager

Job Description:

We are hiring a business-to-business sales team. Familiarity with the hospitality industry is more important than prior sales experience. The expo sales team sells high-dollar exhibit space and sponsorships for our national trade expo and conference in hospitality. Exhibitors are suppliers to the hospitality industry across 80 product and service categories. Our style of sales includes full support and friendly, low-pressure conversations with business professionals.


The Event Sales Account Manager builds and maintains relationships with exhibitors. This position is responsible for following up and responding to exhibitor communication with the ultimate goal of driving revenue, increasing sales, and improving retention. You receive warm leads, so you engage with people who are a good match, and who are already purchasing in this area. This is a contract position that allows for a flexible work schedule and telecommuter benefit. High performing candidates are eligible for full salaried positions with corporate benefits. Our compensation package allows team members to generate a high level of income based on their work ethic and initiative.


About Us:

TABLE is the national association representing the more than 150,000 establishments in the United States with a liquor license. The association provides support to owners and managers at independent and chain bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos, spas, and banquet halls—every location where beverages are served. The Beverage Business Expo is the national trade event and conference of the association. BBExpo is the “how-to” event for beverage industry owners and operators. It is held October 11-12, 2016 at the Washington DC Convention Center.
